Thank you for taking time to be a part of chess enjoyment and advancement in the DMV. I hope to offer a one-stop source for getting information and results about local chess competition that takes place over the preceding weekend. I also want to feature commentary from tournament directors, section winners, and other participants, to allow us to get a sense of current “chess thinking” in our area. I hope this is a journey we will all enjoy for a long time.
